Trekking In Turkey: Long Distance Paths

Hi,
I am going to walk all the Lycian Wayl in May starting in Fethiye and I have a couple of questions:

I have the latest varsion of the book:
1. Is the walking time writteen is nat? so I need to add the stops?
2. what is the scale of the map?
3. How I can conect between The paragarphs that explaning the route and the actual locations in the map?

The route:
1.How often I can find patrol?
2.There is raniy days in May in this area?
3.There is a bus from Dalman airport to Fethie? How to find it?

For what reson are you asking patrols?

I will answer my question

the time includes stops but short ones, we most of the days did it alittelbet slower
2. What is the scale of the map?

this is hard to know some time even impossible

The route:
1.How often I can find petrol?
Only in big cities, in Ovacik 3 km before the start point (the entrance to Ovacik if you come from Fethie)
2.There is rainy days in May in this area?
We have two very light but anther one with heavy rain for 1.5 hours
3.There is a bus from Dalman airport to Fethie? How to find it?
No bus ,but I order a shuttle bus via the internet A2B was excellent!

The times in the book are fairly acurate, including short rest stops. They do not ofcourse cover the time you have to look for the track, which can on some days be at least an hour added on.........lots of searching throughout the day. We often did the days faster, but generally others said they were close to their walking times.
I am unsure why you ask about petrol as you cannot drive the track?
As far as knowing where you are on the track from the book description...VERY HARD. Sometimes totally impossible!
The track is beautiful.....worth doing. However i would definately recommend that you do not go backwards. EG: Go the way the book is written, thats testing enough at times, going backwards (which we did try once, would be VERY hard)
