Ayder-Saray Otel: directly above the dolmus stop from Pazar and to Ayder. Simple and clean rooms, shared cold water bathrooms. A snip at 25 YTL for bed and a generous breakfast, when you consider that camping sites were going for 15!
Yukari Kavron - Shahin Pansion and Cafeteria Fantastic food and info at the cafe, also the dolmush stop. As the pansion was full, i had a night sleeping in the cafe, plu's a days food and drink for 25YTL
Olgunlar - Olgunlar Pansion 15 YTL for a shared twin room. Spotlessly clean shared hot-water bathrooms, excellent shared cooking facilities for free - if you clean after yourself. run by the charming Ahmet and family. Highly recommended
Trabzon - Eray 3 star, directly opposite final stop of Rize Dolmush. 90YTL / $US60 for B&B in excellent facility room. Close to centre and airport, though in a seedyish area and near the very busy noisy coastal freeway.
