Isparta-Egirdir-Candir The minibus connecting Isparta, Egirdir and Candir runs once a day all days except Sunday.
In the direction Candir-Isparta the minibus leaves the teahouse in Candir at 5:30AM. Why so early? Because it transports the good people of Candir to their work places and schools in Isparta. Having spent the night in my tent at the Yazili Canyon campsite I had a fantastic experience getting up in the dark at 3:45AM, packing my tent, and walking in the darkness towards Candir to catch the minibus.
In the direction Egirdir-Candir the minibus leaves Egirdir around 3:00PM, even though when I took it, the bus arrived at 3:30PM but the helpful man in the Tourist Information office at the Egirdir Otogar had told me the bus was scheduled to leave at 3:00PM. He also told me that the bus is scheduled to leave Isparta at 2:00PM but I do not know where from. In Egirdir the bus stops along the road running by the lakeside in the direction towards the big hospital. It does not stop at the otogar nor at the dolmus stop opposite the otogar. One has to stand by the side of the road and give a sign to the bus driver in order for the bus to stop.
Hadada-Egirdir From the main road running along the foot of the Hadada site there seems to be relatively frequent buses to Egirdir. I catched one at 2:00PM. There is a bus stop close to where the asphalt road running up to, and past, Hadada joins the main road.
