Hüseyin Sarı, who wrote the Phrygian Way guide book, is one of the volunteers who completed the Phrygian Way Project. The aim of Phrygian Way initiative was to allow nature lovers to discover the Phrygian Valleys on foot or by bike and to make people more aware of the outstanding open air museum that is Phrygia, thus bringing some protection to the area.
Hüseyin Sarı now works as a member of the academic staff at Ankara University, in the Department of Physics Engineering. He has actively worked to open new walking routes and is involved in outdoor sports. He is among the founders and a board member of the Culture Routes Association. He is also a keen amateur photographer, a member of the photographic association, Fotograf Sanatı Kurumu (FSK), and the representative for Turkey at the International Federation for Photographic Art (FIAP).
